The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum always has something exciting happening on campus, whether it’s our event or yours! With nearly 200 aircraft, spacecraft and exhibits housed in three elegant glass and steel structures, every event is one-of-a-kind. Our world-class Museum buildings with floor-to-ceiling windows can accommodate up to 3,000 people for standing events and 1,500 people for seated events. Our beautiful Oak Grove offers the ideal location for outdoor events, and both Museums include patios that seat up to 200 people.
We offer event coordination throughout the planning process, and Museum volunteers are always on site to answer questions and provide guided tours. We work exclusively with Cosmo Catering and Evergreen Vineyards to ensure high-quality food and beverage service and tables, linens, folding chairs, set-up, tear-down, and staffing are all included in the rental fees.
You can also book a birthday party or private event in our Evergreen Wings & Waves Waterpark, an indoor educational waterpark that includes: Ten waterslides, a wave pool and a science museum dedicated to teaching about the power of water. The Waterpark features nearly 70,000 square feet of educational fun, topped by a massive Evergreen International Aviation B747-100 aircraft permanently mounted on the roof of the building.

Cosmo Catering is a premium full-service caterer, providing first-class presentation, quality, and support. By using seasonal and local foods, Cosmo consistently creates fresh and delicious meals for our guests. The catering staff is flexible with menu development and will work within your budget.
Evergreen Vineyards is proud to offer a selection of wines including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay, as well as a wonderful semi-sparking non-alcoholic Pinot Noir grape juice. All grapes are locally grown, with vineyards located on museum grounds. The Vineyards can also supply local beer for your event.

Bring your group to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum for a one-of-a-kind trip! Discounted admission prices are available for groups of 15 or more people, and docent-guided tours are complimentary when you book through the Events Department.
Group Admission Rates:
Campus: $18/per person, for groups of 15 or more people. Ticket includes both Museum buildings (Aviation and Space) and one movie in the Museum Theater.
One Museum Only: $10/per person, for groups of 15 or more people. Ticket provides access to one Museum building only (Aviation OR Space).
For groups of 30 or more, we recommend enjoying your lunch in a private eating area, using our in-house catering service!
Groups must include 15 or more people and be booked 2 weeks in advance. To register your group, call our Group Tour Coordinator at 503.434.4185.
Meals: For groups of 30 or more, we recommend using our in-house caterer. Enjoy your lunch in a private eating area—included in your catered purchase.
Parking: There are bus turn-ins at the front entrances of all three Museum buildings, making it easy for your tour operator to drop the group off and park anywhere in our lot for free.
Booking: Please book all group tours two weeks in advance of the date you plan to visit. We are open every day from 9 am to 5 pm (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and Easter).
